Bio
Nathan completed a PhD in kidney cancer as well as two additional years of training in robotic, laparoscopic and open cancer surgery at the University of Toronto, Canada at Princess Margaret Hospital, the world’s 5th largest cancer centre obtaining a Society of Urologic Oncology Fellowship. Nathan has a special interest in cancer high-risk surgery of the prostate, kidney, bladder and testis as well as being comfortable with active surveillance of many cancers where appropriate. In addition to his additional specialised qualifications, he has published over 400 peer reviewed papers and book chapters. He is an Associate Editor of the BJU International and the World Journal of Urology editor of its USANZ Supplements whilst he serves on multiple journal editorial boards and speaks at multiple international conferences.
